Brassocattleya Yellow Bird is a classic and always a sought-after hybrid. Bc. Yellow Bird is best known for being very easy to flower, very easy to grow, and for taking a wide range of conditions. This remake of this well-loved hybrid is giving us particularly broad and round lips with either large burgundy spots or smaller burgundy stippling. These flowers usually open orange/red and turn yellow with time. To give you an idea, the most flowers on any plant that has been awarded was to Bc. Yellow Bird 'Tigertail' AM/AOS that had over seven hundred flowers! Plants are flowering size in 3" pots.
