This brand-new hybrid is certainly giving us some ambitious plants! These have no issues flowering in their plug trays and are pushing out white to yellow flowers with red overlays or blushes on the lip! With the inclusion of Holcoglossum sinicum, we expect these to be more tolerant of sun exposure, cold exposure, and less frequent waterings than most Vandas. That being said, we definitely recommend protecting them a little bit until they have grown another couple of years! In the wild, Holcoglossum sinicum can experience frosts and may even experience freezes. The Vanda Motes Ruby Pixie parent will undoubtedly increase floriferousness and is the source of the red lip! Plants will be shipped as near-flowering size (I almost want to say flowering size) bare root seedlings.
