This is an exciting new primary hybrid between Vanda lombokensis and Vanda tricolor and we are expecting these to be very floriferous plants with bright white background, red spots, a wonderful fragrance and a spotted lip. Can't wait to see these become show plants! Vanda tricolor 'Yellow?' was labeled as a yellow variety but turned out as a well-shaped individual of the type coloration instead. It was also noted for its floriferousness even on a small plant. Vanda lombokensis 'KS #2' was the second lombokensis to ever flower for us and gave us bright white background and dark red spots.
