Cattleya tigrina 'SanBar Giant' FCC/AOS x Cattleya tenebrosa 'Taylor Bronze' AM/AOS

This deep velvety red Cattleya is none other than Cattleya Cruella, a primary hybrid between Cattleya tigrina and Cattleya tenebrosa. When we first made this hybrid years ago we saw many bronze and red hues, but nothing as dark as these! A few of these seedlings have flowered for us now and they have all been wonderfully dark. When these grow up they should have half a dozen large fragrant flowers per inflorescence. Plants are near flowering size in 4" pots.
