Dendrobium moniliforme is a species native to Japan where it has been in cultivation for hundreds of years. This species was also one of the first species ever described in the genus Dendrobium. These plants are the Matsushima variety and produce flowers that are pink or white in profusion in spring but will continue to flower through fall. This is a nice compact growing species that is an easy grower for us. Plants are flowering size in 3" pots.
