Cymbidium Sleeping Beauty has been a wonderful producer of white hybrids in the past with hybrids like Cym. Sarah Jean that made wonderful pendulous inflorescences with high flower counts that are easy growing. The Cymbidium devonianum parent here is a species that is perfect for producing hybrids that will bloom even down in South Florida as well as in cooler climates. It will also introduce a significant increase in floriferousness and pendulous nature. These seedlings will be a great first step towards creating more pendulous white Cymbidium, and George is very excited about this first generation giving us beautiful shades of pink with a red lip on long arching inflorescences. Plants are well established in 3" pots.
