Talk about a fantastic group of seedlings! Catasetum ivaneae is a species that is just starting out in terms of its breeding lines here in the United States and we are already so excited about its potential! High flower count. great color, and the ability to flower multiple times per year - this is going to be a great hybrid. Most have come out with very dark reds or purples with only a few coming out with lighter colors. We expect plants to flower with multiple inflorescences multiple times per year on well-arranged inflorescences to produce a spectacular show as they mature. Plants are flowering size in 3" pots.
