Rhyncholaelia digbyana is famous for producing its large, showy flowers with their extreme frilly lips, and a fantastic citrusy fragrance at night. These can be adapted to full sun for most of the day as they have a waxy layer that protects the leaves from any burns. This was a batch of seedlings from Hadley Cash of Marriott Orchids that was bred using a fimbrpetala form of the species with slightly frilly petals. These generally have wider petals and are very easy growers for us. Plants are flowering size in 6" pots.
